A Brief Introduction of the Office of the Secretariat

This office assists the President and Vice Presidents in managing university-wide administrative affairs and coordinates the operations of various units.

It is staffed by a Chief Secretary and several secretaries, who are responsible for handling Board of Trustees affairs; reviewing and approving official documents; managing the use of the official seal; organizing university-wide and administrative meetings; managing university regulations and archives; and handling other assigned tasks.
